The Columbia Lakes Resort has a lot of potential, especially if you stay in one of the cottages which are spacious and improved. The food is a standout feature, especially at Tiki Joe's, making it a fun spot for family gatherings. However, the hotel itself is in dire need of upgrades, and some aspects of the guest experience can be confusing due to multiple management entities.
